This raid was a test of our current strength and unity as a guild. The original plan was to create a diversionary attack on the nearby Alliance settlement of Westfall, while a smaller group infiltrated Stormwind, and we would proceed to summon our brethren from outside to inside. We never expected the reinforcements from the Alliance to come so fast, and have us overpowered so soon. While our infiltration team did get inside, our Westfall team encountered heavy casualties, but we did eventually start summoning our brethren in - until our infiltration team was discovered, and began to go under fire. Many battles were fought, but our small team was over-run shortly. We managed to get a few pushes back, and summon in a majority of our forces, but by that time it was late, and we figured we should call it a night. We WILL be back, though!. [forum thread]

We marched out from Splintertree post, laid waste to Astranaar in no time at all, and continued marching onwards to Auberdine. Once there, we held the docks for a long time, and began hijacking the boat to Menethil to cause more havoc over there. Eventually, it lead to a epic battle on the shores of Auberdine with... the Knights of Justice, I think it was. We held our ground for close to an hour, but eventually their sheer numbers caused us to retreat.

What do you get when you combine 26 fishing poles, tabards, and smiles? You get our idea of a fishing trip! Armed with nothing more than a fishing pole and a tabard, we went "fishing" for kills in Stranglethorn Vale, and managed to kill over 25 people, some of whom were very confused epic-geared Alliance. The only times we suffered mass casualties was when we killed someone from Order of the Ancients, who called about 20 of their nearby members, and when we got split up a bit. This was a lot of fun, and we WILL be doing it again! [forum thread]

What started as us rushing to the aid of a few of our brethren being harrassed, turned into a epic fight of 20 of our brethren holding off over 30 alliance for over an hour, and emerging victorious each time! After growing tired of the pitiful resistance, we marched on Menethil Harbour, and laid siege to the Maiden's Virtue once again. Since we had already riled up several of the Alliance's higher seasoned people, we got chased off a bit faster this time - but it was the victories at Tarren Mill that counted the most. This was just a time to meet other guild members, and beat the snot out of each other - other than that, it was good to practice PvP against other classes, and give each other pointers on how best to fight specific classes. This was more of a practice fight before some of our major ones - we basically patrolled the roads in Duskwood, and killed anyone we came across. Eventually we were forced to retreat to a rally point due to the sheer numbers we encountered, but started again. This raid ended with Clockwork camping our raid in Raven Hill (thanks guys... real sports). [forum thread]

The original plan was to take over a boat, and assault anyone who tried to get us off it...when we saw The Maiden's Virtue docked at the pier though, we decided to set up camp. We stood our ground for a good while, but eventually we were over-run, and had to retreat.

This was the first raid we did with other guilds cooperating (Thanks to the Grunts, The Grin, and any others who came). We were all way too low level to do any damage inside, but we still managed to get everyone inside the city, and launch an attack on the cathedral. [forum thread]
