Ranks and PromotionsLast updated on February 17, 2007

We have five standard ranks: Fresh Meat, Initiate, Brethern, Soldier, and Blood Guard. You enter the guild as Fresh Meat and work your way up to Initiate and Brethern by attending guild-organized PvP raids (or other designated events). It takes only one event to achieve the rank of Initiate and two more (three total) to reach Brethern. Every rank, from Fresh Meat on up, has the ability to talk in our guild chat channel. Starting with Initiate, members have the ability to change their own public notes.

To achieve the rank of Soldier, you must demonstrate your ability to follow orders (be a good little soldier). To receive this promotion, you must send our Grand Warlord a mail message in game advising him that you believe you are ready for the promotion. After this, your behavior will be observed for the next two raids. If you have been following orders properly, then you will recieve the promotion. Alternately, if you have been actively assisting the guild in other ways, then having your behavior observed on only one raid along with a vote of confidence from the officers will result in the promotion.

Blood Guard is the highest standard rank you may achieve. In order to be considered for this promotion, once again, you must notify our Grand Warlord of your desire for the promotion. At this point, you will have some tests laid out for you. The successful completion of these tests, along with your continued devotion toward the well-being of the guild, will convince the officers of your readiness for this promotion.

The officers are the upper ranks in the guild. They are expected to act in a leadership role. By the very nature of the position, there are a limited number of people who will achieve this rank. As the guild increases in size, more officers will be added to assist in managing the guild. Officers monitor guild chat for appropriateness and people requesting information. They are expected to lend a hand to guild members when they can. You can only become an Officer when there is a position available, and if the officers believe that you have earned that right by helping your guildmates, having a good attitude, and leadership ability.

Every rank from officer on up has the right to invite new members to the guild, edit officer notes, promote and demote people, and communicate in the officer chat channel. In order to provide officers access to their officer privilidges without giving the appearance of an extraordinarily large officer population, we created an Officer Alt rank, which allows all of the rights listed above to officers playing on alternate characters.

The second officer rank is Dark Lord. This rank is hard to achieve, and the numbers on this rank are limited, as well. The promotion to this rank can only be achieved if there is a position available, and through continued hard work as an Officer. This rank has all of the same privilidges as Officer, but is expected to contribute more to the guild.

Warlord is the second-highest rank in the guild, and is the highest achievable one. Even more is expected of a Warlord than of the lower officer ranks. On top of the other officer privilidges, they have the ability to boot people from the guild, and change the guild's logon message of the day. Promotion to this rank will be extremely rare, and would require both an available position, and some noteworthy action or actions to ensure the guild continues to progress.

Grand Warlord is the highest rank that we have. It is occupied by our fearless leader. He is in charge of organizing events, ensuring cooperation within the guild, assisting guild members, and keeping tabs on the guild bank.

Becomes Enraged's OfficersLast updated on February 19, 2007

Listed here are all of the officers of Becomes Enraged. If you need to contact us for any reason, you may do so in-game or at the e-mail addresses provided. Our guild leader switched his main character from Nakryael to Lachdanan with the release of The Burning CrusadeTM. We didn't see the need to change his e-mail address however, so it remains as Nakryael. If you have any general questions or comments regarding Becomes Enraged, you may contact him. Guild members' screenshots may be sent to Meshara. Comments on, suggestions for, or corrections to the website or forum may be sent to Meshara.
