This guild, to sum it up, is about World PvP and connections. We focus on getting to know each and every member who joins us, and helping them along any way that is possible. When we're not doing that, we're attacking Alliance all over the world. From Westfall to Darkshore, we strive to annihilate the Alliance in their own lands whenever possible.

While the server we are on, The Venture Co., is a role playing server, it is not mandatory to role play all the time. It is encouraged to be in character the majority of the time, but we are not strict as to whether role playing rules are enforced in Guild Chat. Any discussion of Real Life issues should be kept to our Out Of Character Channel (/join BEOOC), as Guild Chat is to be used for discussion of the game, whether in character or not. These are one of our few wishes, on top of keeping things civilized - roleplayers should not give non-roleplayers a hard time, and non-roleplayers should not give roleplayers a hard time.

While this is not a "Hardcore" guild, members should give notice if they expect to be away for more than three weeks - after 20 days, a character will be labelled as "Inactive", and after 25 to 30 days, the character will be removed from the guild. If that person decides to come back at any time once they can play on a regular basis again, they are welcome to rejoin us.

Characters who just join will begin as low-rank cannon fodder until they prove themselves in battle, which will earn them promotions through the guild to a rank of Blood Guard; anything after that will take extreme dedication and more work, and will only be appointed by higher ranked members after discussion or will be given after volunteering.
